Contact and property forms

When you request a call or property information, we process your name, telephone number, selected property and the information entered in the form to respond and take steps before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

We keep inquiry data while handling it and afterwards only as long as needed for legal duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.

Security logs

Our server records IP address, requested URL, time and browser information for security, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are retained only for the operational security period.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary storage remembers language, search filters, favourites, recently viewed properties and your privacy choice. It is used to provide functions you request and does not require advertising consent.

Only after consent, Google Analytics 4 may set analytics cookies and Meta Pixel may set marketing cookies. Consent is the basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); it can be withdrawn through Cookie settings as easily as it was given.

Telegram bot

If you voluntarily use our Telegram bot, we process your Telegram identifier, username, name, contact details and preferences needed to provide that service. Telegram separately processes data under its own terms. Website lead notifications sent to our staff do not contain your name or phone number.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be available to authorised staff and service providers supporting hosting, IT and communications under appropriate obligations. Google and Meta receive data only after the relevant consent.

Some providers may process data outside the EEA using the transfer mechanisms and safeguards described in their privacy documentation.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
